Award-Winning Preschool Franchise Brings On Experienced Marketing Veteran

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa (June 2, 2015) – Goddard Systems, Inc. (GSI), franchisor of The Goddard School, announces the hiring of seasoned marketing executive Paul Koulogeorge as the system’s Vice President of Marketing, Advertising and PR. Key to his role will be to effectively communicate The Goddard School differentiators to communities and potential franchisees by creating innovative campaigns aiding the continued growth and success of the franchise.

Koulogeorge brings an extensive background of marketing knowledge with over two decades of experience in brand management, field marketing, and retail marketing in the consumer and financial industries. Before joining The Goddard School franchise, Koulogeorge most recently held the position of Vice President of Global Marketing at DFC Global Corp, a major financial services company, where he instituted the company’s first global marketing strategy. Having managed a worldwide marketing team spanning 10 countries, while creating geographically targeted campaigns in eight languages, Koulogeorge’s efforts were a large part of DFC Global Corp’s international success.

Koulogeorge spent the first half of his career launching new consumer brands. As a Brand Manager at Kraft Foods, he was responsible for overseeing a variety of sports marketing initiatives and a $3 million sampling program that reached over 1 million consumers every year. Moving on from Kraft Foods, Koulogeorge rose through the ranks at the Coca-Cola North Group, transitioning from Customer Marketing Manager to Director of Marketing, where he supervised a marketing team in charge of regional campaigns for 17 states with an audience of over 100 million consumers. Koulogeorge also served as Vice President of Marketing for three years at EB Games, the world’s largest specialty video game retailer, where he developed system-wide marketing initiatives and established the EB Games magazine and loyalty program.

“As a marketer, I love the passion of The Goddard School franchisees owners, especially with a brand that is so committed to making a difference in the lives of children and their families,” said Koulogeorge. “I am more than ready to begin conceptualizing effective marketing campaigns to support existing franchisees as well as bring new ones to The Goddard School.”

“Paul’s track record of success is impressive, and his expertise will add great value to the company,” said Joe Schumacher, CEO of GSI. “His marketing experience and knowledge will be instrumental in communicating the Goddard message both to Goddard School families and potential Goddard School franchisees around the country.”
